Bandung and The Green Forest, Back to Nature - Part 1

One of my favorite places to spend the holiday weekend is the city of Bandung, West Java, which can be reached in about 2 hours from Jakarta via toll road orientation. The plan vacations this time, we just want to relax enjoy the hotel facilities are available, such as swimming, enjoying the hotel smooth mattress while watching TV or just sitting on a bench near the pool, reading a novel, and order a cup of warm drinks and serving of pancakes and exercise in the morning days, with gardens surrounding the hotel are spacious. After pocketing the hotel voucher at a reasonable price side, we finally stayed at a hotel in Dago area.

To be able to enjoy a relaxing holiday, this time I accidentally left the laptop at home, in order to really be able to enjoy a holiday, not disturbed by the e-mail from the boss that could come at any time, refrain for online activities. Prior to the hotel, we stopped first at a restaurant located in Dago, next to the factory outlet, Kedai Timbel Dago, restaurant occupies the area of ​​the house that also functions as a residence and restaurant, and is served directly by the owner, as the name of food which became a favorite restaurant is the complete lead rice - nasi timbel, rice wrapped in banana leaves, fish sauce, tofu and a choice of fried chicken or obese, and vegetables plus young pumpkin boiled half cooked and the sauces, if still less can be added with sour vegetables, petai grilled/fried. This restaurant closed at 16.00, actually it's not my first visit, but every time he saw rice this lead, I always forgot to take his picture, fitting already sold out just remembered, yes forgetfulness for taking photos...

After checking into the hotel, we relaxed for a moment a nap while watching television, finally we satisfy ourselves that afternoon for a swim in the hotel pool. In the evening we had dinner at Dago Valley, which is interesting here besides the food is delicious, over dinner, we can see the sights of the city of Bandung at night, with twinkling lights that adorn the city of Bandung, and staring at the sky with moon and the stars that shine at night, especially if you fit a full moon, Humm... It was very fun...

The next morning before breakfast, I used the time to sport exercise around park that has been made tracks for jogging for 45 minutes, huumm.. enough, which is important out sweat, after that we went back to my room to shower in the morning and proceed to breakfast in the hotel, next is to relax by sitting on a bench near the pool, reading a novel a tale of adventure and humanitarian missions, the novel quite thick around 600 page, but if indeed the intention of the novel should be finished in 2-3 days because of the time sit back there for less than 2 hours, I've completed 100 pages ...

In the afternoon, we visit the factory outlets Rumah Mode Setiabudi, which is a favorite place of Jakarta residents and tourists from neighboring countries to shop there, if we are diligent search among the stacks and hangers and trousers, we can find branded goods made ​​in other countries and tilted at a reasonable price. On certain days, such as Lebaran holiday, new year, usually at the factory outlets there are singers band from the city of Bandung, the voice and the music is not lost with Indonesian musicians and singers on board. Oh yes.. along this road there is another factory outlet and house shoes Donatello, nice and durable shoe model and price is also affordable...

The next event is a lunch at the Bumbu Desa, located next to Rumah Mode Setiabudi, the menu is selected this time nasi liwet (savory rice with a sprinkling of small anchovies and wrapped in banana leaves), squid, shrimp, sliced ​​into small pieces with red chilli, bakwan corn, vegetables and crackers ointment. Oooppss... this time do not remember for food photos, frankly more often the food is not photographed, unless indeed there is no intention from the beginning to make an image, or unique food. Beside Bumbu Desa other choice addition, for food culinary are Eaton, Bali Café, Coffee House and Pizza House.

We can also buy a variety of light snacks to souvenirs or eat at places such as cassava chips, potato chips, sweet chips, peanut brittle, cheese sticks, nougat and other snacks and beverages in packaging, which is located next to the Bumbu Desa...

Actually there are many others scattered factory outlet in Bandung, since we did not plan to buy clothes, we decided to continue the trip to Lembang...
