Ease Visas for tourism in Asia at the WTTC Summit Asia 2013
There are interesting things to the discussion of the ministers associated with the field of tourism, the ease of obtaining visas for tourists.
World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) in Seoul, Korea, 10-11 September 2013 to discuss travel facilities tourist visa and ease of connectivity through air, it was discussed at a meeting of the Minister of Tourism in Asia gathered in forum Asia Summit, with the theme "Staying Ahead of Tomorrow".
"We specifically invited by the WTTC to participate in the closed-door meeting with the Minister of Tourism Asia private sector tourism officials," said Mari Elka Pangestu, Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy in Jakarta in a press conference, Wednesday, September 11, 2013, quoting a tourist site "travelKompas".
Three main points are discussed, namely the facilitation of international tourism (tourists) through ease of visa and air connectivity. The second topic is the development of tourism products and tourism promotion which includes more than one destination (joint-promotion of destinasions) as is done in ASEAN.
As well as the third topic is a policy to ensure sustainable tourism in terms of environmental, social and economic, including that the benefits of tourism is felt by the community at tourist sites.
Of course only the involvement of the government in building communication and shared understanding between the public and private sectors in the development of tourism, as one of the points earned by the forum.
Asia has become one of the region's growing exotic tourism. Let's come to Asia!
