More and more airlines with Inflight Connectivity facilities
True as that is the news today, a growing number of airlines with Inflight Connectivity facilities. As performed by the airlines SIA, Singapore Airlines will also provide it in all of their fleet, including Airbus A380-800, A340-500 and Boeing 777-300ER in the next two years.
CNNGo website last week in an article writes that Inflight Connectivity on SIA flight was able to use mobile phones and the Internet for its passengers for a fee, which is 25 dollars for 30 megabytes of data and $ 10 U.S. for 10 megabytes of data within the promotion period from 6 September 2012 to 30 November 2012.
As stated by Tan Pee Teck, Senior Vice President of Products and Services, Singapore Airlines in a press release, September 6, 2012, saying that this is the first step for their airlines, customers can stay connected and entertained even while flying at an altitude of 35,000 feet.
It is more interesting because it involves a long trip destination to New York and Los Angeles, USA.
Internet connection via Wi-Fi and phone service for international routes passenger service seems to have become standard in the future, more and more airlines provide these facilities, such as Cathay Pacific, Lufthansa, Thai Airways, Emirates, AirAsia, Aeroflot, Oman Air, Qatar Airways, British Airways, Royal Jordanian, Saudi Arabian Airlines, EgyptAir, Libyan Airlines, TAM, Air New Zealand, and TAP Portugal.
You will be pampered with this facility, think about what will be addressed in the course, set up the laptop, notebook or your gadget devices, such as iPad. Do not worry about having to wait a long time to reply to an e-mail or send SMS (short message service), via smartphone or other electronic equipment.
