Knowing the recipes of longevity has become the desire of many people to be able to reach a long age and stay healthy until the end of life. And no one rejects the way a person leads everyday life, it seems to have been a proof of a longevity relationship.

Indeed there are various studies that say so, as some recent experts have pointed out, quoting detikFood, today, that from a study found that the habit of drinking two glasses of beers or wine can prolong life.

You can think how they are, experts can prove it? This time a research headed by Claudia Kawas, a neurologist from the University of California. The exhausting work of collecting 1,700 parents over the age of 90 years, then the results obtained are screened in such a way, the research data is taken from a site, the 90+ Study obtained from a 2013.

Research that requires precision by looking at the link between longevity and daily habits, citing reviews from The Independent, February 19, found that people who drink two glasses of beer or wine every day have an early risk of death 18% lower than those who do not drink it .

Other results also show that rather than those who prefer to sit, exercise 15-45 minutes each day also reduce the risk of premature death by 11%.

A good phrase from Kawas at the American Association for the Advancement of Science meeting in Texas early last week.

"I have no explanation about it, but I am very convinced that drinking beer and wine in normal levels can prolong life."

Other facts then show that excess body weight has 3% lower risk of death, compared to those with ideal body weight.

"It does not matter if you're thin when young, but very bad if you're thin when old."

Similarly a person's hobbies are related to age, parents who are busy with their hobbies for 2 hours a day have a risk of 21% lower death early.

This may be favored by contemporary urban milenials, that people (including the elderly) who often sip two cups of coffee a day have a 10% risk of death early than those who do not consume coffee.

It's nice to sit back and relax with a friend at a coffee shop, enjoy a cup of coffee during the day on weekends.
