The icon of the city of Paris is much to attract the attention of the tourists as if never satisfied to be able to visit one by one, one of which is then became the news in the national media in the city of fashion, the rides merry carousel Roue de Paris which has been become one of the city icons.
You may have known some of the most famous icons in Paris, say some like the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum and many others that can amaze anyone.
But. The news that then became the talk of the city icon that will soon be closed, and evicted from the surface of the ground began in July 2018, citing news on CNN Indonesia, November 26, has been known as one of the business entrepreneurs of the entertainment world, Marcel Campion, who also initiated the Christmas Market on the Champs-Elysees.
The festive Paris is always inadequate for the tourists, they seem to be relentless to traverse every point and the curves of the city merely to satisfy the curiosity about the beauty of this city.
As reported later on that based on discussions with city stakeholders, they gave a separate assessment of the historical values of the surrounding area, Place de la Concorde.
The Paris City Council feels that the eviction of Roue de Paris will help restore the historical value of the area that is close to the Louvre Museum.
For the townspeople of this place, Roue de Paris is something familiar, they have enjoyed the atmosphere around and the merry-go-round has been operating since 1993.
The consideration of historical values became a strong foundation for evictions, the City Council of Paris was also increasingly uncomfortable with the behavior of the entrepreneur, Campion who in recent years had been involved in legal issues.
It seems that the City Council of Paris does not stop there, they have thought of another place immediately considered to be evicted, the Christmas Market on the Champs-Elysees, which is held every year since 2008.
There is always a reason to argue, so it happens, regardless of the tourists all the places are of interest to them. Roue de Paris is considered to reduce the value of history, then the Christmas Market on the Champs-Elysees is considered not exclusive as the luxury shops located around the area.
Even the other judgments are that the items sold in the Christmas Market are more not original French goods.
And you immediately understand that such a situation will invite a lot of opposing opinions, there are various pros and cons.
You know, if then those who are active in the Christmas Market will react, say the traders recently protested by blocking the road for not agreeing with the eviction plan. That is something for sure. Of course.
