Berlin Wall, historical tours of the past memories
Once called the Berlin Wall immediately reminded of a spectacular show of legendary rock music band from Britain, Pink Floyd, in a spectacular show from their platinum double album, "The Wall". The show is inspiring many people to invite as witness, described how the broken walls collapsed one by one, a great musical show!
This time memories for many people in the country of Germany in celebration of 50 years of construction of the Berlin Wall separating West Germany and East Germany, Saturday, August 13, 2011, they commemorate the event.
Commemorations attended by Chancellor Angela Merkel and President Christian Wulff in which the residents of Germany perform during a minute silence as a form of homage to the victims died when they crossed from east to west wall.

"Hard to describe the feeling when the wall collapsed. I just remember it felt so free, escape from confinement," said a resident there.
Berlin now would have changed drastically with the development of infrastructure such as seen around Potsdamer Platz, Jewish Museum by Daniel Libeskind’s architecture and Peter Eisenman's Holocaust Memorial.
Tourists who visited Germany certainly will not miss the opportunity to visit the Holocaust Memorial, a place built is made of giant stones in the 2711 block on a hilly land to give an artistic impression. Enjoyable as a place to take photographs there.
Berlin is one of the preferred tourist destination with a pleasant transportation facilities to reach the various places, went to various locations around the city's historic and modern location, see the remains of walls, Brandenburg Gate, parliament house, gardens, to the Museumsinsel (Museum Island) on the banks of River Spree.
This area is now managed by the UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, as well as a number of museums with works of art and artifacts of Greek civilization, Egypt and many other ancient cultures, the Bode Museum, Altes Museum, Alte Nationalgalerie, Pergamon Museum and the Neues Museum.
Imagine the story of the Berlin Wall we also will remember the picture on the espionage movies about Checkpoint Charlie, the post that similar to the security gate post with a pile of sacks in the vicinity and the flag of the United States, the picture in the movies are always terrible, now of course is no longer, because, had been builtrows of souvenir shops, broken stones of the Berlin Wall, wrapped in a plastic box, and of course the tourists like this.
A historical sights are to be liaison to the past, revive memories, shared history, experiences, and as the education for life today, so it didn’t happen, again.
