The excitement "Le Tour de Langkawi 2012"

After a suspenseful and entertaining events recorded on the annual cycling event in West Sumatra, Indonesia, Tour de Singkarak 2011 (TdS 2011) on June 2011, Malaysia also organizing their 17th annual cycling race event, Le Tour de Langkawi 2012 (LTdL 2012) that which will take place next year, February 24 to March 4, 2012.

This event will be followed by 22 cycling teams, such as eight continental-team, Aisan Racing Team-Japan, Garmin Development-USA, PureBlack Racing-New Zealand, Drapac Professional Cycling-Australia, Max Success Sports-China, Terengganu Pro-Asia Cycling Team Malaysia, LeTua Cycling Team-Malaysia and MTN Quebeca-Russia.

The exciting cycling race and this time will also be followed by two pro tour cycling team, Pro Team Astana-Kazakhstan and Garmin-Cervelo Team USA and a continental pro team, the UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling Team, USA.

Participants will face exciting race as far as 1420.2 miles in 10 stages, the race begins with a number of individual time trial (ITT) in Putrajaya as far as 20.3 kilometers. The event is a warm-up race for some participants to continue the pro race in Europe.

Bike racing championship which starts from the Langkawi Island (so the race is called Le Tour de Langkawi) for the first stage and ends in Kuala Lumpur on the tenth stages is an annual cycling event Malaysia, involving several places throughout Peninsular Malaysia and other nice place in that country.

The Stages in full as follows:
Stage I: Langkawi - Putrajaya (20.3 miles)
Stage II: Putrajaya - Melaka (151 km)
Stage III: Melaka - Parit Sulong (187.6 miles)
Stage IV: Batu Pahat - Muar (169.4 miles)
Stage V: Ayer Keroh - Pandan Indah (187.2 miles)
Stage VI Proton Shah Alam - Genting Highlands (108 km)
Stage VII: Bentong - Kuantan (215.8 miles)
Stage VIII: Pekan - Chukai (100.8 miles)
Stage IX: Kemasik - Kuala Terengganu (169.4 miles)
Stage X: Kuala Terengganu - Kuala Terengganu Loop (110.7 miles)
