Time Travel is only in the movie?

We are often lulled and certainly liked the old movies like "Star Trek IV: The Home Voyage", "Back To The Future" or maybe the movie "Harry Potter And the Prisoner of Azkaban", the movie that stimulates the wild imagination and no one can’t stopping it.

Kept wondering to ourself whether it’s possible, it cradles and entertaining film. All describe how time can be controlled according to the film's storyline.

Although the audience was brought to a natural logic which they say is possible, but the strength of the plot ultimately make the audience can accept, maybe not? That is in their minds.

A study conducted by a group of researchers from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a team led by Du Shengwang said they had proved that a single photon, or unit of light, "obeys the traffic law of the universe"

This study was published in the U.S. peer-reviewed scientific journal Physical Review Letters.

"Einstein claimed that the speed of light was the traffic law of the universe or in simple language, nothing can travel faster than light," the university said. Professor Du's study demonstrates that a single photon, the fundamental quanta of light, also obeys the traffic law of the universe just like classical EM (electromagnetic) waves.

Einstein's theory of relativity does amaze many scientists, e = mc2. A theory which gives a lot of implications on the development of science and the possibilities of humans to explore the space.

"The study, which showed that single photons also obey the speed limit c, confirms Einstein's causality; that is, an effect cannot occur before its cause," the university said.

Basically the research conducted by a team from the university until now can end the debate about time travel, a single photon can not travel faster than the speed of light, in other words, it shows that time travel is impossible.

Ah, then this study does not mean simply blocking the imagination to try other possibilities, is not science has no limits?

Formerly when a scene in old Star Trek movies shows a small box that stores the data, many are surprised as to what data is stored in a box. Then the time showed that the box is called a disk or diskette, who ever imagined that?

Leonardo da Vinci designed a helicopter, Jules Verne in the past described the man flew into the sky, the moon and now all proven to occur.

Science has no boundaries, only the imagination and hard work into the limits of human invention and innovation. So, keep dreaming, time travel is possible some time, why not?
