An island in an archipelago, Indonesia, has been known since a long time passed, and last up to a period modern. No wonder if Bali is touted as a "window of tourism" for the archipelago country.
Tourist visits continued to increase, and grossed a total visits about 40 percent of the total foreign tourists visiting Indonesia.
As a regional tourist area, not surprisingly various international events chose Bali as the ideal venue, nature, Hindu traditional culture, culinary and beach tourism. Naturally it develops adjacent tourist areas, such as the island of Lombok, Gili Trawangan, Wakatobi, Komodo Island and even Raja Ampat.
Ubud, Bali
Such is the spirit conveyed by the Minister of Tourism in the exhibition “Bali & Beyond Travel Fair” 2015 in Jakarta, Thursday, February 26th, 2015.
Bali has always been unique in character, and able to bring Indonesia to the wider world of tourism.
