Choosing an airline has become one of the considerations when looking to travel, but its returned to the passengers and the tourists themselves. This report illustrating the responses of 7,768 customers from airline, hotel and tourism industry online starting from January 19 to February 9, 2015

Apart from a report of the ACSI who score 54 to an airline, Spirit Airlines replaces United Airlines in the index lows.

As the best airline in 2015 is JetBlue Airways is in the top position as the most satisfactory airline with a score of 81, up 3 percent from 2014, and the position below is Southwest Airlines with a score of 78.

Indeed, Spirit Airlines is famous for its cheap price structure that adds cost to print a boarding pass at the airport, tote bags, and water, so that the lower rates average 40 percent more than other airlines.
