Please, Do Not Order "Spaghetti Bolognese" in Italy

You will not find it in Italy, though it was far to the north of the country, Bologna

Culinary processed pasta of the spaghetti type with tomato sauce mixed with minced meat and sprinkled with parmesan cheese, so they told me about the spaghetti Bolognese, and believe that this cuisine has a lot of fans.

Ragu is the name for the usual meat sauce cooked for hours, every ragu have the vary ingredients, depending on the region where ragu is made. For example, Ragu alla Bolognese is certainly a typical dish of origin Bologna.

Specifically, ragu version of Bologna consisting of tomato sauce served with tagliatelle, tortellini or gnocchi. And as a side note, keep in mind, there is no history of Ragu alla Bolognese served with spaghetti.

Well then, in Italy, do not ever order spaghetti Bolognese. Instead, order a plate of Ragu alla Bolognese.
